I had LASIK wavefront done about 6 weeks ago. A couple of days after surgery my right eye lid started swelling on and off. It still does it every other day with a tingling feeling throughout my entire eye. My optometrist says its a combination of allergies with dryness and part of the healing process. He prescribed FML and Restasis. I also started experiencing floaters, which he says is common after Lasik. He dilated my pupil and says the reitna is healthy. Despite this, I still get inflammation in my eye (though not as often). Could it have been that this eye was more "sensitive" to the surgery? What can be causing these problems? Thanks in advance for your answer(s).

Restasis is an excellent medication for some types of dry eye, but the manufacturer states that its effectiveness does not fully develop until 90 days after use. It seems that you need some help now.
I recommend you read this detailed article on LASIK induced temporary dry eye and treatments.

If there is an allergic episode going on, it would probably cause your eyes to swell on and off. First find the reason of the allergies. 6 weeks post op LASIK seems an unlikely link to the swelliing part of it, it would have been more to do in the immediate post op and settled soon enough.
If the allergen is still in the environment, some allergies are stubborn. Don' be too long on the FML as it is a steroid eye drop, find the cause instead.
