Please help. I had Lasik 4 years ago, as well as an enhancement 3 months post-op. My vision has regressed again to -1.25 (left) and -1.75 (right) and I'd like to have a second enhancement, if possible.

However, I cannot get my records from my initial procedure (the clinic is no longer in existence). A surgeon I consulted said she would really like to know what my corneal thickness was pre-op and seemed somewhat hesitant, although willing to try to do an enhancement since my corneas currently measure 459 (left) and 495 (right).

Is it really risky to do an enhancement with no information from my initial procedure?
