Has anyone any information about Dr. Fouad Tayfour at the Windsor Eye Institute.Also what legal hurdles might I expect if I have my surgery in Canada as opposed to the US and if something goes wrong? The Lasik program seems to be well respected and it is less expensive...so what might I be giving up?

Sorry, don't have any insight on your doc, but you should read all of the posting regarding this issue. There is one entitled "costs" in the main forum and on called "Seattle WA area" in the LASIK surgeon questions forum.
