Please respond if any of you had any go bad after this long. My surgeon is at a loss. Menopause? no estrogen. no sugar no lupis no reumatoid arthrtus we just can't figure what. My eyes seem to change every 2 wks.Now I am in 1 contac for far aand the other eye for close. she will do the surgery again but I am afraid as she has no other patients with this after so long. Please help!

I've never had a patient have significant fluctuations in vision beyond a few months post surgery. The first thing I would think of in your situation is diabetes, but you said that has been ruled out.
If things ever become reasonably stable, an enhancement could be reasonable.
