Hi
I had custom lasik on Feb. 15. I was farsighted and chose to have monovision lasik. I am having a horrible time. At first I thought it was because of the monovison, but now I realize my eye corrected for distance is also a major problem for me. I can't hardly focus on anything with my distant eye. Mid range is a mess. i am so worried. I'm afraid i have messed up my eyes. I am so frightened about enhansements, but I can't stay this way. I am hearing that lasik for farsighted is a difficult process and I may never get my vision back again. i don;t know what to do. I don't have good distant vision or good mid range. All i have is good reading vision. Please give me some advice. ANYONE. My doctor tells me not to worry I can be fixed. Easy for him to say. i am sooo afraid. I need to know I will be alright.

can glasses fix this? you may need bifocals or progressives to give you clear vision at all distances. If you havent gotten glasses, get some now.

Hi Sam
Did you also lose midrange vision? Were you near or far sighted at first? When did you have surgery? What is your doctor telling you? Has things gotten any better?
