Anyone know anything about RGP's? I just got a pair yesterday and I don't really notice as much of a vision improvement as I had hoped for. Does it take awhile for the cornea to adapt or should I have noticed a significant improvement already if this pair of RGP's is to help me? My doc says adjustments can be made, but I should think if RGP's will help me this first pair would have been a little better than this. Thanks.

Did you pick them up at the doctor's office? If so, this should have been addressed then. Adjustments in the lens are sometimes necessary, and more often than not it takes more than one pair of lenses to achieve the optimal result.

They should be the right prescription. My right eye is plano and that eye doesn't even seem to be helped much with the contacts. My left eye is +0.50 with a slight astigmatism. Don't even get me started on visual quality. :)
Dr G - I'm talking to you over email right now so you know my story. Thanks again for your help.
