I had R-K 10 years ago. My vision is getting worse and I was wondering if I can now have lasik?

RK weakens the cornea and lasik would further weaken it. I assume you are now hyperopic. Wait till your pescription stables then maybe look into aphakic IOLs.
not a doctor, just my opinion

I specialize in LASEK in Southern California. I have done quite a few LASEK procedures on those with RK and I am getting excellent results. By not cutting a flap, it is much less invasive. I have done LASEK on up to 18 incision RK, and up to 6 diopters progressive hyperopia. I don't have flap complications, and don't get the dry eye associated with LASIK.
