I had Custom Lasik done 4 months ago with -8.0 Diopter in each eye.

After 4 months, my prescription is as follows:
OD: -0.5 x sph
OS: -0.75 x +0.50 x 120
NV: +1.5

Post Lasik I had severe dry eyes. I'm currently on Lotemax (for 1 month) and Restasis (for 3 months)twice a day with little improvement. I had silicon plugs placed on the bottom of each eye. Again little improvment. I'm suffering from severe eye fatigue and eye strain.

Questions:

1. What is the eye fatigue due to? I started to wear glasses and no improvment.
2. Any ideas to get rid of fatigue as well as dry eyes.
3. I like to get a second opinion. Anyone can recommend a doctor in Boulder/Denver area? Thanks.
