You may be a candidate but you have moderately
high astigmatism which needs to be evaluated. If
your pupils are large you are at greater risk for
night glare. Seek an experience surgeon with a
good reputation to carefully evaluate you preop.
I don't recommend a discount laser center in any
case but especially for you.

There is more to being a candidate than just the prescription. A full evaluation of your pupils, corneal shape and curvature, as well as the health of the other eye structures is important to determine how good a candidate you are as well as advise you to your level of risk. However, your prescription is treatable with current laser technology.
I would advise a thorough evaluation with an experienced laser vision specialist.
Good luck and let me know if I can answer any more questions.
