I am 10 days post op and my vision is great. I am 20/10 in left eye and 20/15 in right. The problem is that over the last couple of days my right eye does not want to focus when both eyes are open. If I isolate the right eye it is fine. But with both eyes open the right eye is blurry. the best way to explain it is my right eye is being lazy. I have recently been told to take 2 drops per day of Econopred for one week. this was because I was having dry eyes and the Doc put in plugs (which worked great). I am wondering is this could be causing my problem. Note, I have this problem with reading and with distance.

Perhaps dry eyes are still the problem. Dry eyes can cause a sense of blurriness. You should see your surgeon and have him/her carefully examine your eye to determine the cause and treatment of your condition.
