I am now 6 wks post lasik surgery and was told that i have a risidual astigmatism of 4 steps in my right eye and 1 step in the left eye. I also have been experiencing headaches on a daily basis now . Could the astigmatism alone be causing my headaches or is my astigmatism not bad enough to warrant that? i also have noticed that my eyes get very tired and fatigue during the day and i often have to shut my eyes for awhile. Could this all be related to the same problem? thanks.

Ask your doctor for a pair of glasses or contacts to correct your astigmatism. Then you can determine whether the astigmatism is the cause.
