I have a very bad eye sight. My priscription is
+0.50 -5.50 x 103
-1.00 -3.75 x 122
I have very strong astigmatism and have trouble seeing, especially at night. I see huge streaks of light at the bottom of any kind of lights in the dark (ex. head/tail lights, traffic lights, clock radio etc) I am experiencing this with my glasses on. Especially when it comes to head/tail lights, the streaks reach (and looks like touch) the road right ahead of me and there is no way I can safely drive. I do not drive at all for the reason. It seems that farther the light is, bigger and longer the streak gets. I am curious if lasik or any other surgery can fix this problem.

LASIK or LASEK can be an option - but you need to see your doctor and get a complete exam. You need to rule out keratoconus or any other disorder of the cornea.
