My husband suffers from severe eye strain, headaches, sensitivity to light etc... the list goes on. His corneas are now below 300 microns. He has had enhancements done on each eye as well which have caused irregular induced astigmatism. Could his eye strain be associated with all the trauma caused to his corneas? He is now on a corneal transplant list.

Well- it sounds like your hustband's corneas have been compromised - resulting in corneal ectasia and irregular astigmatism. The eye strain may be due to the irregular astigmatism that can not be fixed with glasses. Do contact lenses help? As well, sensitivity to light cna be due to inflammation, dry eyes, or other problems. Hopefully his doctor can figure out the cause of all of these symptoms.
I wish I could add more, but it is very difficult to know without actually examining your husband's eyes.
Best of luck

Dr. Trattler, I forgot to mention that he has large pupils as well (8mm). His corneal thickness before surgery was under 500 microns. Do you think it was neglegent of the doctor to perform this surgery and do enhancements as well?

You are asking for a legal conclusion, which any good doctor would NEVER give. You should try reasking the question using language that asks a medical question. Then using the answer to the medical question you make the legal determination as to whether the conduct was negligent. Alternatively call a lawyer, they make legal determinations all the time.

Wether the doctor was negligent is a question asking for a legal conclusion that no good doctor would ever answer. Try refraising your question so that it asks a medical question. Using the answer to the medical question, you can then decide whether you think it rises to the level of negligence. Alternatively, you could talk to a lawyer, they make legal determinations all the time.
