Is Custom Lasik FDA approved for enhancements or is it done off label? Do you recommend custom for enhancements?

I believe you are correct - that wavefront enhancements are offlabel. I personally have used wavefront enhancements on my patients who have needed enhancements, and they have all done well. I have yet to need to perform any further treatments following the initial enhancements with wavefront.
Of course - it is possible that a second enhancement could be necessary, and enhancements have risks (as do any surgeries).
