Please describe to me how the different GASH problems look to the patient.
Halos, as far as i know look like farsightedness, but only around bright objects and sources of light.
Glares?
Starbursts?
And while we are at it: what does GASH actualy stands for?

Gash stands for:

G = Glare
A = arcs
S = starbursts
H = Halos.

Surgicaleyes.com has some very nice examples of these findings.
