About 12 years ago I had a serious infection in one of my eyes. I ended up at the emergency room in the worst pain of my life. The emergency room doctors and the follow up doctors at an eye center the next day were unable to determine if this was in fact a Herpes Simplex Virus infection. Apparently they were unable to see a particular shape that is indicative of the virus.
I have not had a recurrance since then.
I also have poor night vision and an astigmatism which makes wearing contacts uncomfortable.
My contact prescription is: R: sphere -2.75, cycl -075 axis 160 and
L: -3.50, cyly -075 and axis 150 (or it might be 160. I can't really read it)
My eyesight has remained steady for the last 3-4 years.
Would you consider me a good candidate for Lasik?
