I posted the question about advice on enhancement but put my refraction as of 11-8-00 instead of my newest refraction. I am currently at
O.D. pl -1.50 131
o.S. -0.75 sph
If you were me would you have an enhancement and if so when? Sorry for the confusion and thanks so much for providing this service.

In another question, you mentioned that you have some epithelial ingrowth, but have not seen your surgeon yet. You should certainly see your surgeon to look at the epithelial ingrowth and make sure that it is not significant. Your surgeon has the expertise needed (I hope) to know whether something needs to be done. As well, the epithelial ingrowth can be responsible for the astigatism that you have.
As for an enhancement - most experts feel that it is important to wait atleast 3 months for your eyes to stabalize/heal. At that point, you can determine whether you might need an enhancement.

Best of luck
