I have had intacts for just over 1 month. My vision in the morning is good but fades around 10:00am. I had -3.00 in the LH eye and -2.75 in the RH eye. The intacts that were put in are .35mm. Can I expect my vision to stabilize to the way it is in the morning.

I am sorry that I do not know more about intacs. Only one surgeon in all of south Florida currently places intacs, and on last report he was doing about one patient per month. They have not been very popular, although many people are reportedly happy with their results (per the company keravision).
You should talk with your surgeon and try to find out why you are having this fading of vision - is it related to dry eyes?
I wish I could help you further
