i had lasik a week ago. i was + 6 the dr. said every thing went perfect. what causes my vision to go and come?

Severe hyperopia (+6.0) can take many weeks to months to heal/stabalize. As well, dry eyes are very common after LASIK.
So if your vision is not feeling "right", see your surgeon and hopefully the surgeon can determine how dry your eyes are and whether you have stabalized.
