First - the purpose of this website is to help people with questions or problems - so please do not be shy - and post as often as necessary. Dr. Thompson is a well-known surgeon at Emory who specializes in helping patients with problems after LASIK - so he is actually a great person if you are having problems. I know that many patients from across the US see him following problems with LASIK.
It is hard to know the cause of your problem from your description so far. Sometimes it can take a few weeks to recover. The key is to work very closely with Dr. Thompson. And please give him my regards.
Again - feel free to ask more questions - and I hope you recover quickly.
