Hi,
I'm 28 and I have -11.00 in my right eye and -11.50 in my left eye. My corneal thickness 465 and 485. Is lasik possible with this corneal thickness?
I doubt that it would be possible to have LASIK, because your cornea is not thick enough. Other options include PRK, LASEK (which is a new procedure that is a combo of LASIK and PRK) and/or a phakic introcular lens (about a 3 year wait for FDA approval).
You can certainly talk with surgeons in your area about these other options, but you should know that each of these options have risks.
I hope this helps
Best of luck
