I had Lasik just over 2 years ago. I had an enhancement done on my left eye 1 1/2yrs ago. I was just at the doctor for a follow up and he said I need to have a refraction done since my eye sight is not 20/40 any more in my left eye. My question is will more regression occur? I had a high myopia of about -11 and -13 prior to the lasik. I am hoping thin glasses will be all I ever need.

Patients with very high levels of myopia prior to LASIK (such as yourself) are more likely to have regression. It is impossible for me to predict whether you will have continued regression - but hopefully things will stabalize.

Let me know if I can answer any further questions

Thank you
