I had lasik surgery 33 months ago, and was quite content with it up until about 3 weeks ago. I noticed that my vison at distances about 10 feet or more away from me had started to blur. Thinking this was ony temporary (as I have experienced temproary blurring before) I really didn't pay much attention to it, but was conernced. I went back to my Dr. and they performed some tests on my vision, and told me that it was testing at 20-20, and that my eyes seemed "a little dry", and that my eyes looked very healthy. This condition has however persisted, and I am concerned, as my eyes now seem to get very hot, dry and visons at a distance is has no clarity. My question is as time goes by does ones vision tend to normally regress. My corrections were 9.0, and I have been using dry eye drops.
It sounds like you have not regressed - if you ahve 20/20 vision without correction. Instead, it sounds like you have dry eyes, and that you need to treat your dry eye condition better.
Best of luck
