Hi
I had Bi-lateral lasik last week. My left came up to +0.25 and the right to -0.25. Although the left is progressing fine, my right is giving more problems with general light sensitivity (partic computers) and I have notice that the pupil in my right (especially when tired) is considerably larger than my left. Is this just that they are healing at different rates or is it anything to worry about?
Thanks
John

The pupil size in each eye can be different. Discuss it with your own doctor, who can make sure that it is nothing serious.
It of course typically takes a number of weeks or even longer for the healing process after LASIK - so talk with your own doctor about your situation. Dry eyes can cause a variety of symptoms after LASIK, including sensitivity to light. But you should be examined by your surgeon to figure out exactly what is going on.
Best of luck
