I had RK surgery around 6 years ago and for the most part have been happy with the results. I never did have enhancement surgery though and my vision has regressed somewhat in the last couple of years. Could I be a candidate for enhancement via LASIK?

if your current vision is stable, and not fluctuating throughout the day, you may be a candidate for lasik enhancement. also, the incisions from the rk surgery must be completely healed. this information can only be obtained by consulting with a trained eye md who can examine your eyes under the microscope.

you should be able to discuss the pros and cons of further surgery with your eye surgeon.

good luck
