Just wondering if any of you have performed Lasik over RK eyes and how it turned out. I am hyperoptic +3.50 cyl -1.50 axis 090 and os +2.25 cyl 1.75 axis 095 had rk 8 years ago 8 cuts. I started out at about -3s in both eyes and am having lasik on 2-6-01 with the ladarvision laser. Just curious! Dave

Dave,

Good luck on your LASIK surgery. I have operated on eyes with your prescription after LASIK with very good results. In a skilled surgeon's hands, RK eyes do very well with LASIK to correct residual refractive errors (your case being hyperopia with astigmatism). The LADARVision laser works well for individuals with your prescription.
