My surgeon wants to suture my right cornea to remove striae as I am 3 months post-op. In your experience, is it very successful at this late date? Does the flap have to be re-lifted? Is there a risk of epithelial ingrowth? Could it cause scarring that could interfere with a fit to rgp's.? I have to decide right away, and I haven't found much info on this procedure.
Thank you so much for your help,
dawnmarie
