I had Lasik in March 2000 and the day after the surgery, I had to have both flaps repositioned. My surgeoon told me that that this was extremely rare.
My right eye flap wrinkled a little bit, but my left eye flap wrinkled severely the night after the surgery, and I was in pain the next morning. My doctor had to "float the cap" and use a bandaid contact lens after repositioning the flap on the left eye. My vision in that eye is decent (0.25 or less nearsightedness) but I have an astimatism of 1.00. I have also noticed by looking in the mirror that the flap is not smooth on my left eye. I can see the wrinkling.
My doctor seems reluctant to do anything with that eye.
Are there any long term problems I might face by not smoothing out the wrinkling now? I understand that smoothing the wrinkle is easier the closer to the operation you do it.
If I leave the wrinkling alone, will it ultimately interfere with my vision in a larger way?

What is your vision with correction (glasses or contacts)?
Your wrinkles, if you still have them, have been present for 9 months - which is already a very, very long time. You should consider getting a second opinion to help you decide whether more needs to be done.
One doctor who is close to you is Debra Tennen, MD (). Of course - there are other doctors as well. But a second opinion would help you determine what to do next.
Best of luck

Mark,
You might want to try a plano RGP contact lens on the eye with the wrinkles to see how much they are interfering with your vision. The lens would mask any remaining irregularities. I know of a great surgeon you could see for the wrinkles if you'll provide your e-mail address.
