Can you please tell me if doing a custom laser treatment on top of the flap is still considered high risk? Will Mitomycin prevent hazing on the flap like it would in a PRK treatment on a virgin eye? Thanks,

There have not been any good studies on the risk of corneal haze when PRK is performed on top of a LASIK flap. However, there are a few different reports that patients with PRK over LASIK flaps are at higher risk for haze. So there would be a risk of a variety of complications, including corneal haze and infection.
For some people - PRK on top of a LASIK flap is the best or only option.
If you do have this procedure, please keep us posted as to how things turn out.
Best of luck
