How do I find out about a doctor and whether or not he is a good one? You hear so many horror stories and if I'm going to have LASIK surgery done on my eyes, I want it done right. How do I find out if the doctor (Vadim Filatov) I'm considering is any good?

I know one excellent surgeon in Connecticut - Vincent deLuise MD. I do not know the surgeon you mentioned. You should consider visiting multiple surgeons until you determine who will provide the best results for you.
