I do not know of Dr. Oransky. Dr. Fred Kremer is a well known refractive surgeon and has been performing LASIK for a long time.
In Philadelphia, there are a number of other excellent surgeons. I did my training at the Univ. of Pennsylvania, and my professors Michael Sulewski and Stephen Orlin are excellent LASIK surgeons. As well, Dr. Steven B. Siepser answers questions occasionally on this site. I do not know him personally, but i understand that he is very knowledgeable.
